Thanks, Ali! It was an interesting exercise to look back and reflect to see how these different moments affected the next decision/pivot. It’s also interesting to see the changes in us during these times as well in terms of what took importance or was most valued.

And yes, Haad Yao Beach holds a special place in our hearts. We’ve been there four times and have always enjoyed it. Glad to hear you and Andrew had a similar experience there!

That’s a tough question, Maria. Where to start in Europe depends on what your interests are — cities, nature, history, food, wine, etc. — and budget. But, I would say that Italy is not a bad place to start exploring the continent 🙂

Happy anniversary! I know I’ve read and heard pieces of your story of the years, but this was a nice look at the pivotal moments that led you to where you are now.

Also, I never realized your RTW started with Haad Yao Beach…we spent more than a week there a few years ago and really enjoyed it.
